Avi was AMAZING! She did a phenomenal job on my nails and pedicure! I love Asia! She was fun. Chaz gave me a FABULOUS massage! I loved the ladies at the front desk. They are exceptional!!! The whole place is wonderful and I highly recommend them!!!

Got a facial today with Rhonda, she is the best! She made the environment very comfortable, kept checking to make sure I felt ok with the products (I have very sensitive skin), and my skin is glowing, radiant and beautiful after the facial! Would 100% recommend her!!

Stopped in for a couples massage. Alex Willis was amazing! He worked out all the knots and tension in my back/neck and I have never felt more relaxed. We will definitely be going back soon. Great price and lovely atmosphere.

I visited Spa on Penn for the first time this morning for a facial and brow wax. Rhonda was so kind and made sure to check in on me throughout each service. She makes it so easy to relax and fully enjoy the experience!

Rhonda did such a great job! I got my eyebrows waxed and a facial done. I recommend having some tea before your service. It felt like a meditation! Rhonda was thorough and talked me through step by step but not too much that it took away from the relaxation.

My 2 sisters and I had an absolutely amazing experience at Spa on Penn. They were so wonderful during the scheduling process and managed to get us all scheduled with the same services at the same time. Our Shine, Glow & Flow treatments were wonderful - the sea salt exfoliation made our skin feel so incredibly soft and the massage after was just what we needed. Our pedicures were amazing and all of our technicians were so engaging and fun! Asia, Azi and Rachel made our afternoon one the best we've had in a long time! We will definitely come back to this spa the next time we are in town!

As a new customer at Spa on Penn (and new to skin treatments in general) I was lucky enough to receive a facial from Rhonda yesterday. I was very impressed by the care and skill she demonstrated, walking me through her technique and what she was doing each step of service. Wonderful customer service and I feel great. Will definitely return.

My experience with Rhonda was wonderful! My facial was super relaxing and she made me feel super comfortable during my laser hair removal treatment. I couldn’t recommend her enough!!

We popped up for a couples massage to celebrate our marriage anniversary and the staff was more than accommodating to our “day of” request. We were treated to refreshments including a glass of champagne to commemorate this special occasion. Our massages were much needed and exceptional. The dry sauna was the perfect way to start and finish our experience. We look forward to returning and special shout out to the front desk team (Kristen was phenomenal) for their dynamic customer service.

my boyfriend surprised me with a facial here on valentine’s day. rhonda was my esthetician and she did a marvelous job start to finish! i got the rosa graf european facial and she explained every step of the process so i knew what to expect. it included a heated blanket/bed, a scalp massage, shoulder/arm massage, extractions, heated towels, plus the facial itself of course. every product was applied with precision and felt like each one had a known purpose. she also offered very nice conversation without it feeling required by any means. i left wanting to book another service with rhonda :)
